AVALLE uses Shopify as a technical platform. Sales occur exclusively between you and AVALLE. Shopify is not responsible for transactions carried out.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and applicable European regulations, consumers may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence or domicile for any disputes relating to orders.
This provision protects consumer rights and prevails over any general contractual clauses.
For any disputes relating to orders placed by professionals or businesses, the competent court shall be that of AVALLE’s registered office.
