Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal – 20 Days

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 20 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be intact, unopened, and unused, even partially
  • be returned in its original packaging, complete with any accessories
  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cosmetic Products and Return Limitations

For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, even for testing or trial purposes, regardless of whether a visible seal is present.

Once opened, the product cannot be placed back on the market and therefore loses its right of return, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

In the event of:

  • damaged product
  • defective product
  • incorrect item compared to the order

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic documentation clearly showing the issue. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and offer you the most appropriate solution.

Return Procedure

If your return is approved:

  • you will receive detailed shipping instructions via email
  • the return address will be provided at the time of authorization

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • opened or used cosmetic products
  • items on sale or promotion
  • gift cards

If you have any doubts about a specific product, we recommend contacting us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different product is to:

  • return the item (if eligible for return)
  • place a new order separately once the return has been approved

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, provided that the product is intact and unopened.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued within 10 working days
  • the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
