Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with the necessary details to track the delivery, where available.


Delivery Times

Standard delivery times generally range between 2 and 4 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier used.

The indicated timeframes are estimates and not binding. Delays may occur due to reasons beyond AVALLE’s control, including but not limited to:

  • periods of high order volume
  • adverse weather conditions
  • customs checks (where applicable)
  • strikes or disruptions in logistics services

AVALLE shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and clearly indicated at checkout before order confirmation.


Shipping Address and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
AVALLE shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery or Damaged Package

In the event of failed delivery or receipt of a visibly damaged package, the customer is invited to:

  • promptly report the issue to our customer service
  • provide, where requested, photographic documentation useful for verification

AVALLE reserves the right to assess the case and propose an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
